This is a classic phrase from my high school days........back in the late 80's.   I'm not sure why we thought this was funny back then but we did..........

It's just a guy saying:
"Attention K-Mart shoppers...there's a blue light special on isle 5!"

Not much but I hope it make you laugh or are able to use it in something.....

I personally think it makes a great system beep or even a replacement for the "Welcome" or "You've got mail" sounds.
